Ominous eyes in the sky before the hurricane

Before the hurricane in the Russian town of Chernomorskoe, people saw ‘huge eyes’ in the sky. That hurricane caused several large catastrophic events - helicopter MI-8 crash and Neftegaz-67 shipwreck.
